I was needing a new pair of shoes for work and I had heard of the Brogue Trader but never visited before.
As soon as we entered we were greeted by Steven. I spoke to Steven about what sort of shoe I was looking for something I can wear with smart jeans or chinos. I was not looking for something formal etc.
Steven showed me a couple of different styles and colours and gave me time to look around the store. Steven then took the time to measure my feet and found the right size of shoes that I was looking at, I was expecting the shoes to be a bit tight at first but these shoes were comfortable instantly.
Steven made sure that my wife was well looked after while I was being served. He could not do enough to make sure I was getting the right shoe that I liked.
I usually by my shoes from high street retailers but the level of care and service I got from the Cardiff Store team was amazing that I will definitely be back when I need my next pair.
