Crockett & Jones Factory Repair

How it works:

1. Select the sole type of your shoes
   (if you are not sure, please contact us).
2. Select which store you would like to take your shoes into.
3. Complete the checkout and print off your order confirmation.
4. Take your shoes and order confirmation along to your chosen store.
5. While you are in store dropping your shoes off you can arrange for them to be returned to the store you have chosen or you can have them returned directly to you.
6. We will then deliver your shoes directly to the Crockett & Jones factory.

Once at the factory, your shoes will be inspected and placed on the original lasts. The skilled factory staff will then rebuild the shoes using new long soles and heels, to their original factory specification. The uppers are refinished as best possible, and new laces are included. Although there are normally no issues in repairing Crockett & Jones shoes, we cannot guarantee a repair can be made until the shoes have been examined and will advise you accordingly should this be the case.

Please note that we will not be able to repair footwear not originally produced by Crockett & Jones, nor can we repair shoes that have previously been repaired by a third party.

The current estimation completion time from delivery to the factory is up to 10 working weeks.
