Loake Factory Repair

How it works:

1. Select the type of repair you require (Heel Only, Standard or 1880 Export Grade)
   (if you are not sure, please contact us).
2. Select which store you would like to take your shoes into.
3. Complete the checkout and print off your order confirmation.
4. Take your shoes and order confirmation along to your chosen store.
5. While you are in store dropping your shoes off you can arrange for them to be returned to the store you have chosen or you can have them returned directly to you.
6. We will then deliver your shoes directly to the Loake Shoemakers factory.

On arrival at the Loake factory, your shoes are inspected and placed on the original lasts. For Standard and Export Grade repairs, the skilled factory staff rebuild the shoes using new long soles and heels, to the current factory specification. The uppers are refinished as best possible, and new laces are included. Although there are normally no issues in repairing Loake shoes, we cannot guarantee a repair can be made until the shoes have been examined.

Please note that we will not be able to repair footwear not originally produced by Loake Shoemakers, nor can we repair shoes that have previously been repaired by a third party. Some types of shoes such as Boat Shoes cannot be repaired. If in doubt, please contact us to confirm.

The current estimation completion time from delivery to the factory is up to 30 working days, exclusive of factory holidays.
